Tom Hogan is a multi-faceted financial professional with over a decade of experience in financial markets, including Equity Research, VC/PE, Portfolio Management and Options Trading. Tom leverages his equity research background and experience trading equities and options to drive Alpha Loop Capital’s approach to managing market dynamics.

Prior to founding Alpha Loop Capital, Tom held key roles at Teramo Advisors, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Portfolio Manager. During his tenure, Tom co-managed the Equable Shares Hedged Equity Fund (EQHEX), a hedged equity product focused on the S&P 500. He also co-managed Teramo’s Custom Solutions business, hedging large equity positions with tailormade options strategies for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, solidifying his strategic approach to investing and trading.

In addition to his roles at Teramo Advisors, Tom previously served as the Lead Analyst for Naples Technology Ventures (NTV), a top-quartile early-stage Venture Capital firm, where he led investments and raised capital for multiple funds. Tom has also served as an Equity Research Analyst at Emerald Asset Management and Philadelphia Capital Partners.
